My account has been locked out. You will be emailed a secure link which expires after 24 hours. The problem with that is that my psn account is logged in with hotmail and my hotmail account got shut down for reasons i dont know and ive litteraly tried everything i could to restore my hotmail passowrd but with no luck so im asking if anybody knows what i can do.

If the charge does not relate to an automatic subscription renewal such as playstation plus or another family member using the account then your information might be in trouble. You can do so via the phone number online chat twitter account or the forums which are all available at varying times of day.
